We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our growing team, if the above sounds like something you are interested in then please get in touch. We provide full training at the outset.

Main duties will include:

  • Provision of support to our Accounts Payable/Management Accounts/Credit Control and Contractor Services teams on a daily basis by means of fulfilling specified and set tasks.  

  • Provision of support to our Accounts Payable/Management Accounts/Credit Control and Contractor Services teams on a daily basis by means of fulfilling specified and set tasks.

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts in Xero.

  • Production of specifically detailed reports from Xero pertaining to each client.

  • Responsible for daily credit control for a number of key clients, working to targets and following processes.

  • Liaising with teams internally regarding client invoicing queries.

  • Assist with the production of cash flow forecasts

  • Assisting with the analysis of financials in spreadsheets and highlight any discrepancies.

  • Keying in relevant information into Xero in order to support the teams.

  • Ad-hoc tasks including additional reporting

  • Dealing with high pressure and time sensitive issues on the phone and via email
